Having a meditation practice is the biggest thing that has got me through the grief of losing my sister to bowel cancer. If only I’d had it when she was still around and very ill. If only I’d been able to share it with her.
But! I am an overachiever. So I’ve made up for lost time and decided to #bemorecaro so I qualified as a meditation teacher so that I can pass on my love of this simple but life changing skill to other people. Especially those at a time in their life when they really need it.
Don’t be scared of the word “meditation”! It’s not some load of woowoo. It’s a way of finding stillness, silence and peace within. If you can sit with your eyes closed and breathe, you can meditate.
These 30 minute session are suitable fo all - first timers and lifelong practitioners alike.
